"Things To Remember When You're At Your Lowest"

There come days when you feel too much at once , when things aren't in your favour and all you feel like is a failure

There come days when you feel too much at once , when things aren't in your favour and all you feel like is a failure

There are a few things that would help you overcome and if not completely overcome then atleast make you feel a little lighter

Feeling of gratitude

At situations as such , first thing you should do is go down your gratitude list! Feeling grateful for what you have and for the good people that you have around is very important . Think about the positive energy that you still have around  you and the people who go miles for you. Thinking about them would really help

LETTING GO OF WHAT YOU CAN'T CONTROL

For example , If someday you miss a bus , you do regret not reaching on time but also at the same time you wait for the other one to come, Instead of crying over the fact that you missed one.
I hope you understand this and let go of things that are no more in your hands .

Acceptance

Accepting the reality is something that most people find hard to do , when its not something that they thought of and desired of . Start adapting yourself to changes and accepting the fact that "it is what it is".

YOU are responsible for your own happiness , good people, good music and all the little things that bring happiness is something that you have to do and let go of toxicity kyuki ...
