Day 1:Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal, Hotel

After successfully arriving in Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu, one of Nature Lovers Treks and Tours’ representatives will pick you and transfer you to your respective hotel. Then, you will be presented and introduced to our team with a delicious local Nepali food. Eventually, we prepare for our next day trip.

Day 2:Drive from Kathmandu to Gorkha Gyampesal 1300 m, BLD, Teahouse

After breakfast in early morning, we gather our trekking team and start the journey towards one of the most historic places of Nepal, Gorkha following to Gyampesal. The journey takes us through edges of Trishuli river and dense forests making the journey enjoyable. You will have your lunch in Trishuli bazaar and continuing our journey we reach Gorkha. We explore it for a while and then we drive to Gyampesal. We stay overnight in a lodge at Gyampesal.

​Day 3:Trek from Gyampesal to Thotnery 1650 m, BLD, Teahouse

After a breakfast in Gyampesal, we start the very first day of our trek heading towards Thotnery. During our trek, you get to witness great views of green hills and scenic nature. Our path moves up and down through the green hills and terraced farmlands. The views of the Himalayas appears as we move near to Thotnery and finally we reach Thotnery. Overnight at a lodge in Thotnery.

Day 4:Trek from Thotnery to Nambai Kharka 2915 m, BLD, Teahouse

We start the hike in the early morning after breakfast in the same Lodge. The trek leads us to the Darche Danda which is one of the best viewpoints in the whole Manaslu region. The stunning view of sunrise over the green hills and the Himalayas gives you inner peace and great pleasure. The Himalayan ranges like Annapurna I, Annapurna II, Bharasikhar, Gangapurna, Sringi Himal, Langtang, Himalchuli, Buddha Himal, and the whole Ganesh Himal range is visible on a clear day from the top of this place. After a great view, we continue the walk again. Finally, we reach our destination, the beautiful village of Nambai Kharka. We stay overnight in lodge of the village.

Day 5:Trek from Nambai Kharka to Barpak 1950 m, BLD, Teahouse

We leave in the early morning and head towards Barpak. The journey goes through Bosu Kang from where we get to enjoy the amazing view of beautiful nature. Then we start the walk again going through big Ghale and Gurung village. The local people of this village are mostly Ex-Indian Gurkhas and British Armies. So, they have good economy growth from remittance and the good access of internet and hydro-electricity is available. We spend the night in the village in tented camps.

Day 6:Rest Day in Barpak, BLD, Teahouse

Barpak is really a beautiful village with the settlers mostly of Ghale and Gurung tribes. It was destroyed by a massive earthquake of 2015, but it has completely recovered now. The houses of the village are stone patched but the houses built after the earthquake are re-constructed with modern equipment. You can explore the area well and learn about local lifestyle of the people here and around. Spending a day in the village is very easy as electricity and internet access are available. You can have updates and talk with your family members and friends. At the end of the day, we will have the dinner and prepare for next day hike.

Day 7:Trek from Barpak to Gai Kharka 3000 m, BLD, Camping

After a breakfast in early morning, we start the uphill walk heading towards Gai Kharka. The walk won’t be much difficult for us after a full day rest in Barpak. We pass through many settlements and villages on way to Gai kharka. We will drop to the Tumsiak village and follow the trail from here beside the Daraudi Khola and passing through beautiful forest and villages we finally reach Gai Kharka to set up tents for a night here.

Day 8:Trek from Gai Kharka to Rupina la Phedi 3800m, BLD, Camping

We start the trek in the early morning. Throughout the way to Rupina La Phedi, it gives us some of the best views of Himalayas. In our next stop we reach Sanrung Kharka where we will have our lunch. This place has fantastic landscape with a fresh breeze giving us very pleasant surrounding around us. After the lunch, we ascend towards Rupina La Phedi (Base camp of Rupina La Pass). Overnight at base camp on tented camps.

Day 9:Trek from Rupina La Phedi to Rupina La Pass (4720 m) following Boudha Himal Base Camp, BLD, Camping

We start today in the early morning after breakfast and climb to Rupina La pass (4720m). It’s the highest point we reach in our entire trek. The path goes through ice-covered and challenging trails taking us to the pass. We will stop in the middle of the walk and take a short rest and continue the further walk towards the pass. From the pass we get to see the spectacular and breathtaking views of Himalayan ranges like Gorkha Himal, Himchuli, Boudha Himal and Peak 29 alongside the other significant mountains of the entire region. After taking photos and viewing the ranges, descend down towards Boudha Himal Base camp. Overnight at Base camp on tented camps.

Day 10:Trek from Boudha Himal Base Camp to Jhong Kharka 2960 m, BLD, Camping

After a night at Boudha Himal base camp, we head towards Jhon kharka. The path takes us next to the glacier Jarang and then takes us to Jhon Kharka which lies between Chhuling Khola and Rebing Khola. From here, we can have the view of Himalchuli Peak, Boudha Himal, Peak 29 and many more mountains. Overnight on tented camps.

Day 11:Trek from Jhong Kharka to Nyak Village 2400 m, BLD, Teahouse

We leave in the early morning for our next stop Nyak Village. This day, the path takes us through forests of Rhododendron and some scattered villages. The paths from here is more relaxed too comparing to others. The trekking trail goes through the left side of Chhuling Khola passing through Gomna and Serang village and finally taking us to the Nyak village. We stay night at a lodge of the village.

Day 12:Trek from Nyak to Deng 1860 m, BLD, Teahouse

We take an easy day trail towards Deng when Philim comes first ahead of us. We move by the bank of the river and pass through the bamboo forest to arrive at Deng for the overnight stop. A small beautiful Gurung village Deng offers a majestic view of Sringi Himal from the viewpoint.

Day 13:Trek from Deng to Namrung 2630 m, BLD, Teahouse

The initial walk will descend to the river and then starts to ascend from the valley with small settlement. On the way we can encounter stone manis which is the symbol of entering Tibetan territory. The pleasant walk of about 6 hours will lead to Namrung. We will stay in a teahouse in Namrung. Also you can take a walk around the village afterward.

Day 14:Trek from Namrung to Sama Gaun 3530 m, BLD, Teahouse

Samagaun is a beautiful village of Manaslu region, offering the spectacular views of Mt Manaslu. After passing through the Pungen glacier it leads to the village. As we reach the village we explore nearby places. We will stay overnight in Teahouse in Samagaun.

Day 15:Acclimatization and exploration day at Sama Gaun, BLD, Teahouse

Today is the main acclimatizing day. You can take rest and relax in the Sama Gaun. And as for optional you can visit Manaslu Base Camp. For more option, you can visit nearby Gumbas like Pungyen Gumba and Old Gumba. All of these side trips are interesting and worthy to be done.

Day 16:Trek from Sama Gaun to Samdo 3860 m, BLD, Teahouse

The trekking journey today is easy. You will descend to the river and follow the bridge. The mountains view on the route is breath taking. On the way, you can also get just this close to the Tibetan border. You will stay at Samdo for the night.

Day 17:Trek from Samdo to Dharamsala or Larke Phedi 4460 m, BLD, Teahouse

Trekking today is a little bit of snaky highs and lows. You will pass through seasonal Tibetan market called Larke market. This is the best day of trekking when you can witness Larke glaciers. After Salka Khola, you will climb up Dharamsala to Larke Phedi.

Day 18:Trek from Dharamsala to Bimtang 3720 m via Larke La pass 5106 m, BLD, Teahouse

This is the big day. Challenging and longest hike of the entire journey. After the early morning breakfast in Dharmasala you will head for Larke pass (5106m). Although it is challenging trail, you will be able to witness the glacier lake and beautiful valleys along with snowcapped peaks. Some honorable names of the mountains are Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal and Annapurna II. After crossing the Larke pass, you will stay at Bimtang.

Day 19:Trek from Bimtang to Tilije 2300 m, BLD, Teahouse

The trail to Tilije is mostly descending. On the way you can enjoy great views of Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, Himlung Himal, and Cheo Himal. Walking through rhododendron forest, you will reach Tilije in no time.

Day 20:Trek from Tilije to Dharapani 1860 m and drive to Besisahar, BLD, Teahouse

Last day of trekking, trail on this day will be easy and mostly descending. On the trail you can enjoy stone paved trail. Dharapani is the gateway for Annapurna circuit. We will start driving from Dharapani to Besisahar to rest and finish our journey. Final night in the mountains and it demands a celebration for the successful completion of our amazing Manaslu Rupina la pass with Larke la pass trekking adventure.

Day 21:Drive from Dharapani back to Kathmandu, BLD, Hotel

After breakfast, we will drive back to Kathmandu enjoying the last countryside ride. Rest and souvenir shopping in the evening. Farewell dinner is served in a typical Nepali restaurant.

Day 22:Goodbye from Nepal, B, Flight.
