Oneview Healthcare has effectively implemented its Care Experience Platform (CXP) at Avive Health's two private mental health facilities in Brisbane and on the Mornington Peninsula. This implementation covers more than 120 private mental health inpatient beds at both sites, as well as 80 additional endpoints to enhance patient care and improve hospital operations. The CXP provides different advantages for patients, such as access to Avive's online learning management system, entertainment choices, and building controls, all aimed at improving their comfort and knowledge while they are in the hospital.
Oneview emphasizes care team workflows and efficiencies by incorporating clinical tablets, allowing hospital staff to use the Oneview platform, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and medication management systems while on the go. This advancement enhances communication and coordination among care teams, resulting in more effective and prompt patient care. The CXP platform also enables nurse rounding, guaranteeing that rounding procedures are uniform and secure, which enhances the level of care provided to all patients. Nurses have the capability to conduct rounds using clinical tablets that provide access to up-to-date patient data, leading to more informed decision-making and enhanced patient results.
