Fpt Announces First Acquisition In Japan With Full Ownership Of Next Advanced Communications (Nac)

FPT Corporation, a prominent technology and IT services provider from Vietnam, has successfully finalized its inaugural merger and acquisition (M&A) transaction in Japan through the acquisition of Next Advanced Communications NAC Co., Ltd. (NAC). By making NAC a wholly-owned subsidiary, FPT aims to expand its customer base and service offerings in Japan.

This strategic decision is in line with FPT's global expansion strategy and enables the company to capitalize on NAC's team of nearly 300 skilled engineers and their expertise in technology and business consulting. FPT's goal is to reach a revenue of one billion USD from the Japanese market by 2027 and have more than half of its employees in Japan as international staff.
