Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m), Hotel

Namaste and Welcome to Nepal. As soon as you get out of the arrival section of Tribhuwan International Airport you can see our representative waiting with your name placard to welcome you. You will be transferred to respective hotel. You can take rest in the hotel or explore some city areas. In the evening, we will meet again for the dinner with your trekking teammates. Also, short pre-trek briefing is given by your guide in the meantime. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 02:Preparation day and sightseeing in Kathmandu valley, B, Hotel 

Another important day in Kathmandu. It is the day specially designed for the preparation for the trekking. You can buy your necessary stuffs for trekking. Our staffs will be busy on preparing necessary documents and permits. Also it is the free day for you so your guide will take you to some famous UNSECO World Heritage sites of Kathmandu valley for sightseeing. The full day of sightseeing takes you to the Basantapur Durbar square, Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple and Patan Durbar Square if you got sufficient time. Each heritage site has its own significant history, culture, architecture, etc. After getting back to hotel, be ready for the early morning flight tomorrow. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 03:Fly to Lukla (2,860 m) and trek to Phakding (2,610 m) 3 hours, BLD, Teahouse

After the very early morning breakfast, your guide will come to pick you up and transfer to the airport for the flight to Lukla. The flight takes 35 minutes and has bird’s eye view of the Himalayas and lush green hills. After landing on Tenzing Hillary Airport you will meet your remaining teammates. This is the first day of trekking. You will start your trekking from Lukla to Phakding which has effortless descending trail for about two hours. Overnight stay in Phakding.

Day 04:Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) 5 hours, BLD, Teahouse

After leaving Phakding, the goal is to reach Namche bazaar, a famous mountain town of Nepal. It is also known as Sherpa Capital. We will pass through many villages like Jorsale and Monjo. Monjo is the entry point of the Sagarmatha National Park, where you need to check your permits. The trail passes through the Sagarmatha National Park following the Dudh Koshi River and leads to the Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar shares the magnificent view of different panoramic peaks like Mt Everest, Thamserku, Taboche, Khumbila and more. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

Day 05:Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar and excursion, BLD, Teahouse

Acclimatization day, a very important day for prevention from altitude sickness and other problems related to high altitude. Since, it is the Everest view trek we will hike up to the top of the Namche Bazaar which shares the dramatic 360 degree view of mountains including Mt Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse and many more peaks. After the way back to the Namche, you can explore the Sherpa Cultural Museum. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

Day 06:Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m) 5 hours, BLD, Teahouse

The easy trail leads to the Dudh Koshi River valley towards Phunke Tenga. Then the ascending trail leads to the Tengboche. Tengboche is very famous for its Tengboche monastery, which is the biggest monastery of the Khumbu or Everest region. Throughout the trail, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of natural beauty consisting of rivers, hills and Himalayan peaks. Overnight stay in Tengboche.

Day 07:Trek to Monjo (2,835 m) 5 hours, BLD, Teahouse

Trail drops down to Dudh Koshi river and crosses the suspension bridge again. First, we need to pass by the Namche Bazaar and then to Monjo. The descend trail follow the similar path through the juniper and rhododendron forests. Passing by the Bhote Koshi, we cross the river and then to Monjo. Monjo is the remote village of Khumbu region. Overnight stay in Monjo.

Day 08:Trek to Lukla 4 hours, BLD, Teahouse 

The initial trail is easy descending until we arrive Phakding. Walking for a while then the trail starts to ascend to Lukla. Lukla is the city where you can relax and celebrate the accomplishment of the trekking.

Day 09:Fly back to Kathmandu, BD, Hotel 

Today is the last day of the trekking as well as in the Everest region. We will transfer you to the airport for flying back to Kathmandu. You can have your day full of rest or you can explore Thamel area. In the evening we will meet for the farewell dinner.

Day 10:Final international departure, B, Flight

Today, it is your last day in Nepal. If you have enough time you can buy the top souvenirs you can find in Nepal. Our representative will drop you to the Airport and see you off. Have a nice journey and see you again.

Kathmandu airport pick up and drop services

Nature Lovers Treks and Tours’ staffs will pick you up from the airport as per your flight arrival time and similarly drop you off in the airport for international departure according to your flight schedule. During arrival, please don’t forget to look for your name placard hold by the team, outside the airport arrival gate. How is the Accommodation during the Everest Panorama View Trek?
