Did Samsung ‘accidently’ release the Galaxy S7?

Many companies suffer PR blunders every now and then, however, nowadays it has become a trend to ‘leak’ pictures or videos of a product to spread the word. Although, we don’t know whether Samsung is following this tactic, we know for sure that Samsung is going to release the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge on February 21 2016, a day when both Samsung and LG will release their flagship smartphones.

Although leaked pictures of the Galaxy S7 have surfaced on the internet in recent times, an unofficial ‘official’ release never happened. Samsung’s Indonesian branch unlisted a YouTube video depicting a smartphone by Samsung has surfaced on the official Samsung Indonesia YouTube channel. A video is unlisted if a video is meant for a specific group of people, and not the public.

By the looks of it, the phone is waterproof and features wireless charging. Looking at aesthetics, the look of the S7 is similar to the S6 with only a few changes. Various online media reports suggest the phones will have the latest Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and a 5.5inch screen for the S7 and 5.2 inch screen for the S7 Edge with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. A fingerprint scanner will be included as well.

Hacker Hacks Hollywood Hospital, Demands 3.6 million dollars in Ransom

The Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is going through an IT crisis at the moment. An unnamed hacker has compromised all networks and is asking for 9,000 bitcoin as ransom, equivalent to 3.6 million dolalrs.

President and CEO Allen Stefanek did not directly confirm the statements, however, he did mention that the institution is suffering from “significant IT issues and declared an internal emergency.”
