Under these circumstances, you need to use choke to manually provide the needed extra fuel.

On the other hand, the sensors in FIS identify the right amount of fuel needed and help the system send automatically the right air-fuel mix and thus minimize starting problem during winter mornings.

Produces same power and torque for less fuel: The FIS distributes fuel to each cylinder of the engine accurately. The carburetor sends the same amount equally to each cylinder. This causes fuel wastage because the amount of fuel required by each cylinder varies.

FIS sensors can identify the correct amount of fuel required by each cylinder and help send accordingly. Hence, the car with fuel injection system can produce same power and torque by consuming less fuel compared to cars that are using carburetors.
